At Lemkus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags and original packaging are intact to qualify for a refund or size exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the footwear or apparel in its original box, ensuring the packaging is not damaged, and include your printed return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
